Getting to the U.S. Open

The U.S. Open is taking place at Shinnecock Hills Golf Club in Southampton. If you're arriving from New York City, it should take you approximately two hours to reach it by car or four hours by train. Long Island MacArthur Airport

From the airport, get on NY-27 E (Sunrise Highway) in Blue Point and go straight for 33 miles. Follow Paumanok Path/Tuckahoe Road to reach Shinnecock Hills Golf Club.

John F. Kennedy International Airport

From the airport, follow the Southern State Parkway and NY-27 E (Sunrise Highway) for 78 miles. Follow Paumanok Path/Tuckahoe Road to reach Shinnecock Hills Golf Club.

LaGuardia International Airport

From the airport, follow I-495 E (Long Island Expressway) to Manorville at Exit 70. Take NY-27 E (Sunrise Highway) in Southampton from Eastport Manor Road and County Road 111. Follow Paumanok Path/Tuckahoe Road to reach Shinnecock Hills Golf Club.

Long Island Rail Road

Shinnecock Hills Golf Club is best accessed via the Montauk Branch of the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR). Please plan accordingly as you may need to transfer to the Montauk Branch from an alternative line
