Getting to the Ryder Cup

The Ryder Cup is taking place at Bethpage Black Course in Farmingdale. If you're arriving from New York City, it should take you approximately fifty minutes to reach it by car or train. If you're taking a rideshare, your arrival time will depend on traffic, so be sure to plan accordingly. If you need the exact directions from where you're arriving, we have you covered. Long Island Rail Road

The Bethpage Black Course is best accessed via the Ronkonkoma Branch of the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR). Dedicated shuttle buses will operate between Farmingdale Station and the course, transporting train passengers to and from the event.

Please note, there will be no parking for Ryder Cup attendees at LIRR stations. A special Ryder Cup timetable, with detailed instructions and additional train service information, will be available at LIRR stations before and during the event.

Customers can conveniently purchase daily tickets to and from Farmingdale Station using the LIRR’s TrainTime app. In addition to standard train tickets, the LIRR offers a Ryder Cup Special Event Ticket for those attending the entire week. This ticket is valid for travel from September 22 - 29 and provides unlimited access across the entire LIRR system, allowing travel to any part of Long Island with one ticket. The Event Ticket costs $175 and is available at full-service ticket machines (Gray, Green, or Blue) as well as ticket windows at all LIRR stations.

To purchase at a ticket machine, select "MTA Away Deals," then “2025 Ryder Cup”. Please note that this is a printed ticket that must be presented during every trip. It is not available on the TrainTime app and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Shuttle Buses

Parking passes must be purchased in advance at https://seatgeek.com/ryder-cup-tickets. On the day of the event, drive to the General Parking Lot at Jones Beach State Park (1 Ocean Parkway, Wantagh, NY 11793), where you can board a free PGA shuttle to the Ryder Cup Main Entrance Bust Terminal. Rideshares

The Bethpage Yellow Course will serve as the designated Uber and Lyft location throughout the Ryder Cup. The Rideshare Lot is located at the Ryder Cup Main Entrance at 99 Quaker Meeting House Road, Farmingdale, NY 11735. Attendees arriving via rideshare will be dropped off and picked up at the Main Entrance. Please note, only vehicles booked through Uber and Lyft will be permitted in the Rideshare Lot. Drop-offs from taxis, limousine services, and personal vehicles are not permitted.
