Daily Wellness Classes at The Seawater Spa

Resort guests, locals, and visitors to the east end can partake in daily workouts hosted by The Seawater Spa’s world-class instructors. Join us mornings for yoga, beachfront boot camps, Pilates, and a variety of workouts that change by month and season.

Classes are available for $35 per session or complimentary with any Seawater Spa service 60 minutes or longer.
