Daytime favorites include pillowy handmade biscuits and crispy hash browns served with house-smoked, sustainable fish. As evening falls, the space transforms into a cozy, vibrant dinner spot, showcasing inventive, chef-driven cuisine with a seasonally evolving menu that highlights the freshest local ingredients.

The Food and Beverage program at Silver Sands is helmed by Executive Chef Finn O’Hara, formerly of Michelin-starred The Four Horsemen in Brooklyn. His approach to cuisine mirrors the property’s ethos – thoughtful, intentional, and deeply connected to its surroundings – delivering culinary experiences that feel both elevated and effortless.
