LONG ISLAND WELCOMES THE 101ST PGA CHAMPIONSHIPS TO BETHPAGE STATE PARK THIS MAY

A History-Making Leader Board and the Prestigious Bethpage Black Course Set the Scene for an Unforgettable Championship on Long Island

 

LONG ISLAND, NY (April 29, 2019) ­ – Championship golf returns to Long Island on May 13-19, 2019 with the 101st PGA Championships at Bethpage State Park.  Golf enthusiasts are eagerly anticipating the imminent return of an all-star line-up including Tiger Woods, Rickie Fowler, Jason Day and Jordan Spieth, to compete on the esteemed Black Course at Bethpage State Park, ranked among the top courses in America.

Practice rounds will kick off on Monday, May 13 with Championship rounds taking place Thursday through Sunday. Sold out crowds are expected to top 200,000 for the week and visitors are encouraged to purchase remaining tickets, accommodations and other travel options quickly to ensure participation in this historic event.
