Tobay Beach got its name as an acronym for Town of Oyster Bay. Tobay Beach an exclusive beach in Massapequa just passed Jones Beach on a quiet bay with calm, shallow waters. Tobay is often lively but rarely over packed.
Beach Amenities at the Town of Oyster Bay Beach
Bodyboarding is permitted in all area of the beach and fishing is permitted except between the hours of 8am to 5pm. At the beach, visitors will find a September 11th memorial, the spray park playground and Singleton’s Seafood Shack, a casual sit-down restaurant. Tobay Beach is open from 8am-5pm daily with lifeguards on duty starting at 9 am. Spray Park will be open as of June 25th.
Non-residents are allowed to visit Tobay Beach during the weekdays only and must pay a $30 fee.
