When planning your next trip to Long Island you’ll find no easier way than through Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISP), which will land you right in the heart of the Island and near to all the major business hubs and attractions. Starting in October 2017, 5 new nonstop flights make it even easier to visit New York City’s beachfront backyard via Frontier Airlines. Another 5 nonstop destinations will be added in Spring 2018.
While here you’ll find accommodations ranging from quaint B&Bs in the heart of Wine Country, to full service hotels and resorts with a water view. Rent a car, hop on the Long Island Rail Road (the country’s largest commuter line with easy access to Long Island MacArthur Airport); or find a private taxi, limo or ride share service from the airport.
Frontier Airlines is expanding nonstop service to Long Island MacArthur Airport; beginning in October 2017 nonstop flights will be added from: Miami (MIA), Tampa (TPA), West Palm Beach (PBI), New Orleans (MSY) and Fort Myers (RSW). In Spring of 2018, Frontier will also add nonstop options from: Atlanta (ATL), Charlotte (CLT), Chicago (ORD), Detroit (DTW) and Minneapolis/St. Paul (MSP).
In addition to great conference facilities and creative meeting sites, you’ll find exciting off-site adventures and places to explore. Why not bring your clients or group to play a round on a championship course where the PGA’s best have battled. Plan a tour to Long Island’s Wine Country or book a fun Brew Bus excursion. If you’re creating pre- or post- conference activities consider a music event at a historical downtown theater; a visit to a Gold Coast mansion or the Summer Whitehouse of President Theodore Roosevelt; or a dining experience at a harbor front seafood restaurant. For something different, climb to the top of a lighthouse for a spectacular ocean view.
Why not plan to stay a while. Book a stay at a spa hotel near one of our major outlet centers; or find a smaller inn in a harbor front town where amazing restaurants and entertainment are right outside your door. Arrange a trip to the glamorous Hamptons or climb aboard a leisurely boat tour. With children’s museums, an aquarium, an adventure park, aviation and firefighting museums, go-kart racing and more Long Island is also great for families.Where to Stay
