Horseback riding on Long Island beach trails will take you through stretches of fields and maritime forests, through high sand dunes and on to the gorgeous ocean beaches Long Island is known for.
Horse back riding on Long Island beaches is fairly limited, and not permitted at public beaches during peak season, but there are a few places where you can enjoy salt water breezes and ocean vistas on horse back.
