Orchard Hill, a charming 1859 Quaker farmhouse built by the Hicks family and the longtime home of Peggie Phipps, is being transformed into a Designer Showhouse which will showcase America's premiere design talent. Approximately 25 top interior designers and decorative artists will turn Orchard Hill into a decorating masterpiece in the gracious traditional manner of the house itself. The Showhouse will open with a gala preview party and will run for 6 weeks.
